"Wayne" is a 3042sf Gothic Revival home built in 1862 by Charles Brendel. The back side of the home faces the Muskingham River. It is a solid brick home with stack stone foundation and horsehair plaster walls. It has 4 fireplaces, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, formal living room, dining room, kitchen, and parlor. The average window size on the first floor of the home is 8ft in height.

When we acquired the home it was filled top to bottom with items the former owner had left behind. We spent an entire year filling up 10 dumpsters and doing demo on the parts of the home that needed ripped out. It had a "jet engine" size boiler in the basement that no longer worked as well as massive plumbing/sewer issues.

This project for us is a slow one as we work on it when we are in Ohio. At this point demo is completely finished, the house is stripped and we have started rebuilding the interior starting with the kitchen.
